Dimitrios Katsieris
Dimitrios serves as the Vice President of Global Accreditation Programs at International Accreditation Service (IAS), while also holding the position of Program Manager for Testing Laboratories and FDA related Accreditation Programs. With extensive experience in conformity assessment, he leads IAS's global operations. He is a member of several ISO and ISO/CASCO Working Groups, co-chair of APAC Food Working Group and an APAC peer evaluator

Vipin Sahni
Vipin has over 30 years of experience working with premier Quality Organisations of the country. Presently working as Executive Director, CII Institute of Quality (IQ) since July 2017. Prior to joining CII, he was CEO of National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET), Quality Council of India (QCI), Indian national accreditation body, which was the APAC member and providing accreditation for Education and Training services. He served QCI for over 18 years and was instrumental in developing number of accreditation schemes.
He has represented India in many international forums including International Accreditation Forum (IAF), Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) and as member of various national and international committees including Indian Standards Body Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
He has been trained as an APAC evaluator. He has been elected as Vice Chair of APAC TC2 and is Co-Convenor in APAC WG of personnel certification. He has also held the position as Vice Chair of International Personnel Certification Association (IPC). He is assessor for various standards which include ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17024 with various accreditation bodies.

Dr. A.V. Chandrajith
Dr. Chandrajith is an accomplished leader with over 26 years of global experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC), business operations, R&D, and strategic growth. Starting his career as a chemist, he has since led international ventures, structured company licenses, and built deep expertise in quality, inspection, and regulatory compliance
Currently, he serves as Partner & CEO of Wimpey Laboratories, a division of Cotecna Inspection SA, and as Senior Director of Laboratory Management Services ME&A at Cotecna Switzerland. He oversees global teams, drives mergers and acquisitions, manages third-party accreditations (UKAS, JAS-ANZ, DAC), and leads operations across sectors including petrochemicals, water, food, and construction materials.
A certified ISO auditor, food safety expert, and Legionella risk assessor, Dr. Chandrajith holds a PhD in Chemistry, an MSc in Analytical Chemistry, and an MBA in Marketing. He is a member of the Water Management Society (UK) and has co-authored several scientific publications. Outside of work, he enjoys driving, writing, and gaming. Dr. Chandrajith is a member of the IAS Board of Directors.

Jarred Johnson
Jarred is a seasoned quality and compliance executive with deep expertise spanning manufacturing, metallurgy, and the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) industry. With over 25 years of progressive experience, Jarred began his career in metallurgical analysis and quality engineering within electronics manufacturing before transitioning to the TIC sector in 2008.
Currently serving as the Director of Quality, Safety, and Customer Experience at QAI Laboratories, he leads the implementation and oversight of ISO/IEC 17025, 17020, and 17065-accredited quality management systems across a multi-site organization. His responsibilities include internal audit leadership, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction initiatives, and digital transformation of quality systems.
Jarred is an ASQ-Certified Quality Auditor and Senior Member of ASQ. He actively contributes to industry advancement as a member of the American Society of Sanitary Engineers (ASSE) Impartiality Committee. Known for his structured approach to risk reduction, accreditation readiness, and process improvement, Jarred is a recognized leader in conformity assessment and quality assurance. Jarred serves on the IAS Technhical Advisory Council (TAC).
